If you don’t have all the details for the online waiver, you can print the waiver form and bring it with you on the day.

Conditions of Play
All players must complete a waiver before participating in Laser Skirmish.

By completing the waiver, participants acknowledge the physical nature of the activity and agree to follow all safety instructions and staff directions at all times.
Players must also:

Wear long pants covering the ankles

Wear enclosed shoes (no sandals or Crocs)

Follow all referee and safety instructions
